We were to several vacation before, but we must say this was the best one. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, 2 mins away from the beach. Every evening they have a animation programm, both for adults and children. The staff here are all very nice, they speak mostly german, but it isn't hard to communicate with them in english or russian. Especially animators are very talkative and they always come to say hi. It may be an older hotel, but the rooms are cozy and clean. Food here is an absolute delicacy. They cook meals from different countries, so everyone can find something right for them. The hotel also has a hairdresser, tattoo studio and a mini shop, which is really helpful. There's a lot of green in the area, which makes a great impression. We loved that the hotel was eco-friendly and also raised money for stray cats and dogs. All in all, it's a suitable hotel for families and also friends.

We spent 10 holiday days in the hotel in August. First, I will write about the area and issues that are completely neutral and independent of the hotel: - The hotel is quite far from the airport, the transfer takes 3-4 hours, it is worth considering when traveling with children - The beach is pebble, the descent to the sea is quite steep and slippery - there are a lot of rocks in the sea, strong waves and reverse currents, it can be quite dangerous - The location is secluded - which is a plus for me, but there's not much to see in the area within walking distance On the plus side of the hotel definitely: - great vegetation, everything is just drowning in greenery, lots of flowers and trees - Intimate, quiet despite the highway nearby - Spacious beach, plenty of sunbeds + additional beach bar with snacks and drinks - Rooms are modest and not new, but cleaned daily, clean and spacious - Restaurant service is very efficient and cultural - Evening animations are at a good level, during the day animators also make sure that no one is bored. However, I have a few comments that may help the hotel improve its service: - pool is quite small, much too small for all the guests - we knew it is not impressive, but looked bigger on photos probably taken with a wide-angle lens - The food is quite monotonous - I missed sausages / frankfurters for breakfast, pancakes are only once a week, which is a pity, because my child waited a lot every day if "this is the pancake day". Same for lunches/dinners - despite the food is fresh and tasty, even the basic daily kids menu is missing - pizza, spaghetti, fish nuggets, maybe hot dogs. It is worth considering, Turkish cuisine is really very delicious, but not many European children like lamb, aubergines or bulgur, unfortunately. - No snacks at the pool (except ice cream and cake in the afternoon) - due to strong waves we rarely went to the beach, so it's also worth thinking about guests who spend most of their time at the hotel - even cold snacks would be enough - The animators are doing very well, but in my opinion they can be too insistent at times - I don't feel comfortable when someone persuades me for several minutes to do an activity that I don't want to do , so it was a bit tiring for me. I also didn't like comments like "why don't you want to do anything, you'll miss the majority of activities" - well, that's why I went on vacation actually, not to do activities :) - Focus mainly on German-speaking guests - it is very difficult to communicate in English in the hotel, which should be a standard nowadays imo. - Last but not least, something that really left me with mixed feelings about the hotel was the scam on every occasion. Very uncool behavior of the lady dealing with animation for children, who proposes activities (mainly sand painting) and then (while the child is already painting) informing the parent that he/she will have to pay for it, which is really disappointing in an all inclusive hotel. It was the first time in my life that I encountered such a situation. Clever psychological trick, but very unfair from a parent's perspective - by the way, whenever you pay for something, whether it's the sand painting or at the bar - the staff don't tend to give change - ok, this is not much money, but still. Overall - nice hotel, beautiful surroundings, but mixed impressions.

Avoid! Run down hotel, with rude staff. Max two or three stars according to European standards. Even the bronze stars at the entrance are fading away, this hotel wasn’t renovated since it has been built. Bathrooms are small and you have this dirty unhygienic feeling. And prepare for the smell of sewers. Pool is a joke, small like a little pond. Forget this place.

I do not recommend this hotel. Same as accommodation and service are poor. Staff is concentrated on Russian and German tourists mainly. All entertainments are in those languages. Staff is not speaking English mostly. No wifi in most of the …
